Six year old twins Lucy and Louis have a new baby brother, Billy Bob (BB3B), whom they are utterly convinced is an alien from outer space. The twins embark on a quest to prove to their parents that their new baby brother doesn’t belong on earth. Along the way there is plenty to keep you laughing with a babysitter hooked on alien B-Movies, a wacky Grandma with a penchant for boot scooting, and a pair of hippy parents.
The series deals with the problem of sibling rivalry in a unique way, with a firm grip on reality and high entertainment value throughout.
