Bertha
Spottiswood Factory is a small engineering plant that makes products ranging from cuckoo clocks to inflatable bears - in other words, anything and everything. The star performer on the shop floor is ‘BERTHA', an old-fashioned factory machine who has never been updated or computerised. This doesn't matter however as Bertha proves to be the best machine in the factory.
As well as performing her regular duties, Bertha finds herself in the midst of the numerous adventures - including catching burglars and solving the everyday crises of the Spottiswood Factory.
The series features classic stop frame animation and has an unusual and hugely likeable heroin in the character of Bertha, who proves that often being different can be best.
